"Mostly as described, but more stressful than it needed to be"
The item was close to what was listed on Plumbing Overstock, so it wasn’t a bad order overall. The size was right, but the finish looked a little different in person than I expected. It just added some unexpected stress because I wasn’t totally sure it would match until I had it in hand. I wish the description had included a few more details or clearer photos before buying

"Finally found the oddball part I needed"
I was just glad they had this weird little part I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else, and even though the shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, it showed up eventually and did the job.

"Tracking updates were kinda a mess 😕"
The order itself was fine overall, but the tracking updates were frustrating. I kept having to check and even ask about it because the info didn’t really make sense. It showed basically nothing for days, then suddenly updated out of nowhere. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a bit stressful when you’re just trying to figure out where your stuff is 😅

Ordered some plumbing parts from plumbingoverstock.com and everything showed up fine. Tracking came through fast, the box was in good shape, and nothing was missing.
It got here a day later than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d order again if I wasn’t in a rush.

I was hoping for more brands, honestly. The selection felt kind of small. Found a few things, yeah. Just not the stuff I normally buy. Site worked fine enough. But the brand choices could be better.

"Refund was surprisingly quick"
I had to send something back, which I never enjoy, and I was expecting the refund to drag on forever. Weirdly though, it was actually painless. Plumbingoverstock.com processed it faster than I thought, and the money showed up in my account without me having to keep emailing or chasing anyone down. I was annoyed about having to return the item in the first place, but I’ve got to give them credit for handling the refund really well.

"Packed well, everything arrived fine"
My order showed up with plenty of padding around the parts, so that was a relief. The outside box did have a small dent, not a huge deal, but everything inside was totally fine. I’m taking off one star just because the outer box looked a little rough

I ordered a faucet kit from Plumbing Overstock, and at first glance it seemed fine. But once I actually looked it over, there were a couple tiny scratches in the finish, and one of the connectors just felt a bit cheap in hand. It did work after I got it installed, so it’s not like it was a total fail. But reading between the lines, the overall quality doesn’t really give me confidence that it’s going to hold up long-term. The price was decent, but I expected it to feel a little more solid. Probably fine if you just need a quick fix, but I wouldn’t choose it for something I wanted to last.

I ordered from Plumbing Overstock, and the confirmation email kind of threw me off. It did show my order, but the details weren’t laid out very clearly, so I started worrying something might’ve been missed or that I’d end up losing time fixing an order mistake later. I ended up logging back into my account just to make sure everything actually went through correctly. It wasn’t a huge problem, but the email could definitely be simpler and more reassuring.

I did eventually find the plumbing parts I needed on plumbingoverstock.com, so I’ll give them that, but the search was kind of annoying. I had to keep trying different wording before some items would even show up, which got old fast.
The filters helped a little, but not enough to make it smooth. I still ended up scrolling way more than I should’ve had to. The site works, sure, but it feels clunky and could definitely be easier to use.

The order processing was slow and took much longer than I expected. I get that delays happen, but this was frustrating enough that I’d hope some kind of compensation or credit could be offered for the inconvenience
